poor service

i almost gave a good review but the toilet seat was missing for 3 days, and the cleaning was non-existent. Also, i had to buy my own toilet paper and almost drowned in sand from the paths. surprisingly, no one offered even a complimentary apology for the sewage incident either. the service is subpar at best.

Common sun chair area lacks privacy!!! Small fixes needed for shower head leaks!!! Make sure to improve English communication with guests to enhance overall experience!!!

One downside was that our extra futon bed got quite warm, making it a bit hard to sleep comfortably.
